Automatic control, energy-saving and environmental protection floating beam pumping unit is main equipment for crude oil drilling in the oil field. It is suitable for medium and low viscosity crude oil and crude oil with richer water. It applied for national patent right on 16th , April of 2004.
该机采用了高科技技术—ABM-2001A型数码智能变频器作动力系统，控制系统采用高新技术—监测器和油井环境保护自动监控装置；该机还采用了万向节悬绳器新技术，用手轮调节刹车装置，可以大大减轻劳动强度和提高安全可靠性，此外还采用了胶带压紧防盗装置，使胶带装卸自如，皮带松紧度可调，操作方便，传动效率提高，且使胶带达到防盗效果。所以自动控制节能环保游梁式抽油机除保留了常规游梁式抽油机的功能外，还融进了一系列高新科技技术，这使得该机具有自动调节冲次、自动调偏、节能、因故自动停机、自动关井、自动报警、并达到环境保护的功能，且操作简便、省力、安全，此外还具有防盗功能。
The machine adopts with high-tech technology ABM-2001A type digital intelligent converter as power system. Control system adopts with new high-tech monitor and oil well environmental protection automatic monitored control device. It also used new technology of universal joint rope suspended unit, adjust braking device with hand wheel. This reduced labor force greatly and increased safety reliability. In addition, it also adopts with adhesive tape pressing for anti-theft device. The adhesive tape can be loaded and unloaded freely, and the belt tightness is adjustable, conveniently operated, driving efficiency is increased, and anti-theft effective of the tape is realized. Except keeping the function of the Conventional beam pumping unit), it also introduced a series new high-tech technologies, by which it enabled the pumping unit with the functions of automatically adjusting stroke frequency, automatically adjusting offset, energy-saving, trouble automatic stop, automatically closing well, automatic alarm, environmental protection function, it has features of easy operation, labor saving, safety and anti-theft function as well.
